Anti-Stress 3

You’re feeling more relaxed. You want to take it to the next level. You are comfortably sitting down or lying on a bed.
 
1 – Breath in as much oxygen as possible via your nose at a controlled pace.

2 – Placing your toque’s tip loosely in between your upper and lower teeth exhale slowly.

3 – As you exhale you should be making a gentle hiss as the air flows out via the limited space.

4 – Continue exhaling very slowly until the tummy feels tight from running out of air.

5 – Repeat the process.

By spending several minutes performing this breathing exercise your lungs will become expanded and a sense of well being will fill your body.
