Make your Life more Profitable

TRUANCY LOVER
Truancy was fun! It meant I did not have to engage my mind, nor focus on boring subjects. It gave me the power to control my life; my way!

That is exactly how I felt then before I grew up. It seemed the cool thing to do back in the hay days of the Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd, Queen, Punk Rock's Johnny Rotten and the Sex Pistols . I was rock 'n rolling and having the time of my life, as a lot of students are today.

Today it's much the same apart from Rap music, MP3 players, Internet and technology, while other more disturbing news hits the headlines every day. There is one major difference that needs to be seriously considered as well; world population! It's growing and times are changing.

It's cool to bunk off, skip, play truant but stupid to suffer later. Hiding out there thinking it'll work out is taking a big chance with today's economy. Here in the USA more students arrive at High School completion or higher. Can you afford to relax and risk it?

Take a sneak preview of the reports to the right and tread carefully. I'm your friend and don't want you to end up like many others!

Alarming statistics can be found on truancy and apparently it's on the rise in the United Kingdom; currently standing at 63,000 students per day. Almost 5% of all UK children play truant persistently. The Government spent over one billion pounds last year, and it hasn't made a significant difference.
